Australian Shipping

  • • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days - $15 AUD
  • • Express Delivery: 2-3 business days - $25 AUD
  • • Free Shipping: On orders over $500 AUD

International Shipping

  • • New Zealand: 7-10 business days - $35 AUD
  • • USA & Canada: 10-14 business days - $50 AUD
  • • UK & Europe: 10-14 business days - $55 AUD
  • • Rest of World: 14-21 business days - $65 AUD

Secure Packaging

Every LAVAYA piece is carefully wrapped in our signature luxury packaging, complete with a velvet pouch and authentication certificate. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.

Returns Policy

30-Day Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

  • • Items must be unworn and in original condition
  • • Original packaging and authentication certificate must be included
  • • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the return

Exceptions

Custom or personalised pieces, including engraved items, are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Sale items may be exchanged for store credit only.
